Checking the Status of a Fan
Fault Status
Check whether an external power failure occurs.
If yes, go to step 2.
If no, go to step 3.
Recover the power supply and wait one minute.
Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether
Recovery Time
of the event is displayed.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 3.
At the site, check whether the rotation of a fan is abnormal due to blocking of sundries.
If yes, go to step 4.
If no, go to step 5.
Clear the sundries that stop the fan from rotating.
Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether
Recovery Time
of the event is displayed.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 5.
Replace the
fan
module.
Log in to the DeviceManager and check whether
Recovery Time
of the event is displayed.
If yes, no further action is required.
If no, go to step 6.
Collect related information and contact technical support engineers.
