Checking BBU Power

The BBU power is insufficient.

  1. Check the BBU status.

    • Normal => 2.
    • Abnormal => 3.

  2. Wait till BBU is fully charged.
  3. Replace the BBU.

    NOTE:

    After the BBU is replaced, log in to the DeviceManager, and click Query. Check whether Recovered At of the event related to the fault of the BBU module is displayed.

    • Yes => No further action is required.
    • No => 4.

  4. Collect related event information, and send it to technical support engineers for further handling.
