eReplication provides two remote alarm notification methods (by email or short message). This enables the maintenance personnel to know device alarms anytime and anywhere, improving fault handling efficiency.

After the email notification server and SMS notification server are configured, create notification rules to help maintenance engineers receive alarm information in time.
Monitor > Alarms > Remote Notification.

Only one resource type can be selected. In the resource list on the right, you can search for desired resources by name and IP address.

You can search for the desired alarms by alarm severity (critical, major, warning, or info). Then, select the specific alarms for which remote notifications will be sent. For example, you can select Critical to search for all the critical alarms of the NE, and select specific alarms for which remote notifications will be sent.
This list contains all the alarms on the selected resource models. The supported alarms may vary with resource versions.
