Site maintenance personnel can record the customer information in the eReplication system. Then the customer can be notified in a timely manner during maintenance if necessary.
Context
Personal data such as email addresses and mobile numbers are required to configure site information. You must comply with the laws of involved countries or the Huawei Privacy Policy and take measures to protect personal data.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, select
Settings. - In the navigation tree, choose Remote Maintenance > Site Information.
- Enter information based on site conditions.
- Click OK.
