Log In To eReplication

This section describes how to log in to eReplication.

eReplication supports the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 11.0
- Firefox 67.0 to Firefox 83.0
- Google Chrome 74.0 to Google Chrome 86.0
A certificate and security protocol have been configured for Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome. For details about the operations, see Configuring the Internet Explorer, Configuring the Firefox Browser, and Configuring the Chrome Browser.
The management IP address of eReplication has been obtained.
The username and password for logging in to eReplication have been obtained.
The default username is admin and default password see the default password of the account for the target node on the Type A (Portal) sheet in the OceanStor BCManager 8.2.0 eReplication Account List.
eReplication supports the resolution of 1280 x 768 or higher. You can adjust the resolution based on site requirements.

Open an Internet Explorer browser.
In the address box of Internet Explorer, type https://management IP address or floating IP address of the VM or physical server that is installed on eReplication:9443 and press Enter.
For example, in the address box of the browser, enter https://192.168.40.10:9443.
- If eReplication is configured with active-standby mode (automatic recovery), use floating IP address:9443 for login.
- If the security certificate is not installed, a security warning dialog box is displayed. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Continue to this website (not recommended).
Select a language and enter the username and password.

Default password: See the default password of the account for the target node on the Type A (Porta) sheet in the OceanStor BCManager 8.2.0 eReplication Account List.
Click Log In or Enter.

Log in to eReplication. Change the password as prompted upon the first login. Then use the new password to log in to eReplication.

If you enter an incorrect username or password, enter the username, password, and authentication code again.

Upon your first login to eReplication, multimedia about DR configuration process and service configuration of eReplication is displayed on the Home page, facilitating users to configure DR services.

Select Do not show this next time, and log in to eReplication again. The multimedia will not be displayed. If you want to view the configuration multimedia, click the drop-down arrow next to the quotation mark (?) in the upper right corner. In the shortcut menu that is displayed, choose Quick Start.

For security purposes, you are advised to change the password periodically. For details about how to change the password, refer to OceanStor BCManager 8.2.0 eReplication Account List.
You can click in the upper right corner of the page to switch the language.
