Configuring Log Dumping

Procedure

1. On the menu bar, select Settings.
2. In the navigation tree, choose Data Maintenance > Operation Log Dump.
3. In the Dump Parameters area, modify dump parameters. Table 1 describes related parameters.
   

   Table 1 Operation log dump parameters

   Parameter	Description	Value
   Dumped At	Time to dump logs. The dumping time is usually set to off-peak time of the system.	[Example] 02:00:00
   Dump Period	Interval between dumping logs. If the dumping period is set to 7 days, the management system dumps operation logs once every 7 days.	[Value range] The value is an integer ranging from 7 to 120. [Example] 50
   Reserve Recent Database Records	Number of recent days during which logs are saved.	[Value range] The value is an integer ranging from 7 to 120. [Example] 50
   File Format	Format of the file that saves dumped logs. The value can be Excel or CSV.	[Example] Excel
   Language	Language of operation logs. The value can be English or Simplified Chinese.	[Example] English

4. Click OK.

Result

In the Dump History area, you can view the log dump history. In addition, you can select dumped logs to download them locally, or click Delete to delete the dump history.
