On eReplication, you can create a recovery plan based on the protected groups that you have created, implement one-click disaster recovery testing, fault recovery, and scheduled migration based on the recovery plan, and start applications on a specified host in the DR center.
Prerequisites
- Protected groups have been created and are not used in any recovery plan.
- Protected groups to be enabled are not in the Invalid state.
Context
- In an array clone scenario, no recovery plans can be created on protected groups and DR capability is provided by the underlying storage instead.
- If install eReplication Agent after uninstalling eReplication Agent in the host, you need to create the recovery plan of the host on protected group again after reinstalling eReplication Agent.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, select
Utilization > Data Restore. - Click Create.
The Create Data Restore Plan page is displayed.
- Set Name and Description of the protected group. Table 1 describes related parameters.
