Before configuring DR services, check the storage environment where LUNs reside at the production and DR ends. If any environment does not meet requirements, modify its configurations.
The following check items need to be checked and configured on storage systems at the production end and DR end.
A HyperMetro relationship has been established between the LUNs on the production storage device and a remote replication relationship has been established between the LUNs on the production storage device and the LUNs on the storage device at the remote DR center. The HyperMetro pair status and remote replication status are normal.
Delete the LUNs mapped to the DR or test hosts to ensure the corresponding disk drive will not be occupied by other LUNs.
