Delete a Recovery Plan

Prerequisites

• Before performing this operation, ensure that the recovery plan has been created.
• Before performing this operation, ensure that the recovery plan is in the Planned migration in progress, Testing, Fault recovery in progress, Clearing, or Reprotection in progress state.
• After a recovery plan is deleted, the protected objects in that protected group cannot be recovered if a disaster or failure occurs.
• For recovery plans whose protection type is FusionCompute, the following requirements must be met before you delete a recovery plan:
  • After the test, clearing must be performed.
  • The test data must be successfully cleared.
  • If the protection is in the Invalid state after planned migration or fault recovery, reprotection must be performed.

Procedure

1. On the menu bar, select Utilization > Data Restore.
2. Select the line where the recovery plan resides, and click More > Delete on the Operation list.
3. In the Warning dialog box that is displayed, read the content of the dialog box carefully and select I have read and understood the consequences associated with performing this operation.
4. Click OK.
