eReplication allows you to disable and activate protected groups.
Prerequisites
- At least one protected group has been created in the system.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, choose Protection.
- To disable a protected group, perform the following operations:
Scenario 1: To disable a protected group, select the protected group and choose More > Disable in the Operation area.
Scenario 2: To disable protected groups in batches, select the protected groups and click Disable in the upper part of the page.
- Select I have read and understand the consequences associated with performing this operation and click OK.
- After this operation, protected objects in the protected group will no longer be protected.
- Ensure that the selected protected group is correct.
- Click OK on the execution result page.
A disabled protected group does not support Execute, Refresh, or Modify operations.
- To activate a disabled protected group, perform the following steps:
Scenario 1: To activate a protected group, select the protected group and choose More > Activate in the Operation area.
Scenario 2: To activate protected groups in batches, select the protected groups and click Activate in the upper part of the page.
- Click OK on the execution result page.
