  1. On UltraVR, click Protection and select the required execution history. On the page that is displayed, click Execution History. Check the execution history of the protected group. Recover the protected group according to the failure causes of each execution step. Execute the protected group again. If the alarm persists=>Step 2.
  2. Contact technical support engineers.
