Procedure

1. Log in to the operating system of the UltraVR background management server as user DRManager and run the top command to check whether other processes occupy too many CPU resources.
   • If yes=>Step 2.
   • If no=>Step 3.

2. Contact the users whose processes occupy too many CPU resources to stop or restart their processes. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
   • If yes=>no further action is required.
   • If no=>Step 3.

3. Contact technical support engineers.
