In the future protection cycles, data may not be replicated as required by the RPO.
Possible Causes
- A large amount of data was generated by the production devices in the scheduling window, and the configured RPO is relatively short.
- Faults occurred on the DR network, slowing down data synchronization.
Procedure
- On UltraVR, click Protection and select the required protected object. On the page that is displayed, click Policy. Change Policy to Period-based Scheduling. Then Increase the RPO value.
- Check whether blocking or intermittent disconnection occurred on the network. After the faults on the network are rectified, manually start the protected group and synchronize DR data. Wait 5 to 10 minutes and check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm persists=>Step 3.
- Contact technical support engineers.
