SFTP Test Under Automatic Backup of the System Configuration Data Page Fails

Symptom

After SFTP is configured for automatic backup, the SFTP test fails.

Possible Cause

1. The SFTP service is not running properly.
2. The SFTP configuration backup path does not exist or the permission on the path is insufficient.

Procedure

1. Log in to the SFTP server.
2. Check whether the SFTP service is running properly.

   If yes, go to Step 3.

   If the SFTP service is abnormal, ensure that the SFTP service is normal.

3. Go to the SFTP service directory and check whether the CloudComputing folder is created. If the CloudComputing folder is not created, create it, set the folder permission to 755, and ensure that the owner and owner group of the folder are the same as those of the SFTP user.
