Description

The communication with remote management server (IP address: {1}) is abnormal.

Possible Causes

• The connection information about the remote management server is incorrect.
• The network is faulty.

Procedure

1. Log in to UltraVR. Click Resources. In the navigation tree, select the remote management server and check its status.
   • If the status is Authentication failed=>modify the authentication information and refresh the remote management server. If the alarm persists=>Step 2.
   • If the status is Offline=>Step 2.

2. Check whether the network is faulty.
   • If yes=>recover the network and refresh the remote management server. If the alarm persists=>Step 3.
   • If no=>Step 3.

3. Contact technical support engineers.
