Possible Causes

Fault alarms reported by the NEs failed to be authenticated.

Procedure

1. On UltraVR, click Resources. Locate the row where the device resides and choose More > Modify. Check whether SNMP trap alarm report parameters are correctly configured.
   • If yes=>Step 2.
   • If no=>reconfigure SNMP trap alarm report parameters. If a new device fault alarm cannot be received=>Step 2.

2. Contact technical support engineers.
