Procedure

1. On the UltraVR service management page, choose Settings > Data Maintenance > System Configuration Data and check whether automatic backup is configured.

   If no, configure automatic backup by referring to "Backing Up Configuration Data" in the User Guide. If the alarm persists, go to 2.

2. Contact technical support engineers.
