After the authentication information about resources associated with a protected group is changed, you need to update the information in the UltraVR system to ensure that DR services are running properly.
Updating Authentication Information About a Storage Device
- On the menu bar, select
Resources. - In the navigation tree, choose the site whose storage device you want to modify and click Storage.
- Select the storage device whose information you want to modify and click More > Modify on the Operation list.
- Change the name and authentication information about the storage device and click OK.
Before you change the authentication information, enable Modify Authentication. For details about related parameters, see Adding Storage Devices.
Updating FusionCompute Authentication Information
- On the menu bar, select Resources.
- In the navigation tree, choose the site whose FusionManager or FusionCompute you want to modify and click FusionSphere.
- Select the FusionManager or FusionCompute that you want to modify and click More > Modify on the Operation list.
- Change the name and authentication information about the device and click OK.
