Possible Causes

The remaining storage space of the disk is insufficient.

Procedure

1. Check whether the remaining disk space is sufficient.
   • If no=>Step 2.
   • If yes=>Step 3.

2. Clean up the disk space.
3. On UltraVR, choose Settings > System Monitor > System Performance to enter the system performance page, and check whether the configured disk usage threshold is too low.
   • If yes=>reconfigure the threshold.
   • If no=>contact technical support engineers.
