What Can I Do If Communication Between Centers Becomes Abnormal After I Change the Management IP Address

Symptom

When I change the management IP address of UltraVR, the remote management server is displayed in online state but cannot communicate with the remote site.

Possible Causes

When UltraVR's management IP address is changed, the old one is still used by the local site. In addition, the status of the remote management server can only be refreshed manually.

Procedure

  1. Login to the local UltraVR, On the menu bar, select Resources.
  2. In the navigation tree, select the remote management server that you want to modify and click in the left-upper area.
  3. Enable Modify Authentication.
  4. In IP Address, enter the new management IP address.
  5. In Password, enter the login password of user SyncAdmin on the remote UltraVR management server.

    The default password of SyncAdmin Default password: See the default password of the account for the target node on the Type A (Portal) sheet in the UltraVR V100R003C10SPC900 Account List.

  6. Click OK.
