Clearing Personal Data

This section describes how to clear perspnal data in the system to ensure that personal data is fully protected.

Context

When configuring the email server, SMS server, site information, and remote maintenance information, you need to enter personal data such as phone numbers and email addresses. You can clear personal data to ensure that personal data is fully protected.

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, click Settings.
  2. On the navigation bar, choose Data Maintenance > Personal Data.
  3. Click Clear Personal Data.
  4. In the Warning dialog box that is displayed, read the message carefully, and select I have read the previous information and understood subsequences of the operation.
  5. Click OK.
