Failed to Set the Suspension Time

Symptom

During the creation of an HA protected group, the suspension time fails to be set for VMs in batches, and message indicating that DR VM configuration changes failed to be synchronized is displayed.

Possible Cause

• When the suspension time is being set, the FusionCompute refresh task is being executed in the background to reconstruct VM data.
• When the suspension time is set, the VM for which the suspension time needs to be set is deleted from FusionCompute.

Procedure

1. Manually refresh FusionCompute and click Resourceson the menu bar.
2. In the navigation tree, select the site corresponding to the storage device and VM, locate the row that contains the storage device and VM, and click Refresh in the Operation area.

   In the upper right corner on the main page, you can click , and check the refreshed task runningstatus on the Background Task page.

3. After the refresh task is complete, set the suspension time again.
