1. Log in to the operating system of the UltraVR background management server as user DRManager and run the top command to check whether other processes occupy too many memory resources.

   • If no=>Step 3.

2. Contact the users whose processes occupy too many memory resources to stop or restart their processes. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
   • If yes=>no further action is required.
   • If no=>Step 3.

3. Contact technical support engineers.
