Description

Failed to change the replication rate of the remote replication job or remote replication consistency group of the storage resource where the applications of protected group (name: {1}) reside.

Possible Causes

The connection to the storage device is abnormal.

Procedure

1. Log in to the operating systems of the primary and secondary nodes and run the ping command to check whether the connection to the storage device is abnormal.
   • If yes=>recover the connection and change the replication rate on the management interface of the storage device. Then manually clear the alarm.
   • If no=>Step 2.

2. Log in to the management interface of the storage device and view its operation log. Troubleshoot the failure recorded in the operation log and manually configure the replication rate. Then manually clear the alarm. If the problem persists=>Step 3.
3. Contact technical support engineers.
