Procedure

1. On the toolbar in the upper right corner of the home page, click the background task icon to go to the background task management page and continue to clear the DR configuration. After the task is complete, check whether the alarm is automatically cleared.

   If no=>Click Resources in the navigation tree and locate the storage device based on the device SN in the alarm information. On the right of the storage device, choose More > Manage Device to go to the device management page. Delete the storage resource, HyperMetro pair, and HyperMetro consistency group based on the storage resource ID, HyperMetro pair ID, and HyperMetro consistency group ID in the alarm information. Wait for 1 hour. If the alarm persists, go to 2.
