Exporting System Debug Logs

Context

The log severity indicates the importance of logs. Debug logs are classified into four severities: error, warning, info, and debug.

Procedure

1. On the menu bar, select Settings.
2. In the navigation tree, choose Log Management > System Debug Log.
3. Optional: The default severity of logs to be collected is Info. You can adjust the severity of logs to be collected if you need detailed system debug logs to locate faults.
   1. In the System Debug Log area, set the severity of debug logs to be collected.After the log severity is changed, the system will export debug logs of the selected severity and above.
      

      After UltraVR is restarted, you need to set the severity of debug logs again.

   2. Click OK.

4. Export system debug logs.
   1. In the Export System Debug Logs area, click Export.
   2. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Save. Select a path to save the file to be exported and click Save.
