Procedure

1. Check whether services of the offline NE are running properly.
   • If no=>Step 4.
   • If yes=>Step 2.

2. Log in to the operating system of the UltraVR management server and run the ping command to check whether the network communication between the management server and the NE is normal.
   • If no=>recover the network connection and refresh the NE. If the alarm persists=>Step 3.
   • If yes=>Step 3.

3. Check whether the NE connection is changed.
   • If yes=>change and reconfigure the NE connection and refresh the NE.
   • If no=>Step 4.

4. Contact technical support engineers.
