Procedure
- Log in to UltraVR. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the question mark in the upper right corner. In the shortcut menu that is displayed, click About. Check whether the software versions are the same between the local and remote management servers.
- If no=>upgrade the software of an earlier version to ensure that software versions at both servers are consistent. Then refresh the management servers. If the alarm persists=>Step 2.
- If yes=>Step 2.
- Contact technical support engineers.
