Log In To eReplication

Prerequisites

• For details about the browser models and versions supported by eReplication, see Table 1:

• The management IP address of eReplication has been obtained.
• The username and password for logging in to eReplication have been obtained.

  The default user name is admin. For the default password, see that of the account for the target node on the "Type A (Portal)" sheet in OceanStor BCManager 8.5.1 eReplication Account List (Storage Disaster Recovery).

• eReplication supports the resolution of 1280 x 768 or higher. You can adjust the resolution based on site requirements.

Procedure

1. Open a browser.
2. In the address box of Internet Explorer, type https://management IP address or floating IP address of the VM or physical server that is installed on eReplication:9443 and press Enter.

   For example, in the address box of the browser, enter https://192.168.10.10:9443.

   

   • If eReplication is configured with active-standby mode (automatic recovery), use floating IP address:9443 for login.
   • If the security certificate is not installed, a security warning dialog box is displayed. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Continue to this website (not recommended).

3. Select a language and enter the username and password.

   

   The default user name is admin. For the default password, see that of the account for the target node on the "Type A (Portal)" sheet in OceanStor BCManager 8.5.1 eReplication Account List (Storage Disaster Recovery).

4. Click Log In or Enter.

   

   Log in to eReplication. Change the password as prompted upon the first login. Then use the new password to log in to eReplication.

   

   If you enter an incorrect username or password, enter the username, password, and authentication code again.

Result

When you log in to eReplication for the first time, multimedia about DR configuration process and service configuration of eReplication is displayed on the Home page, facilitating users to configure DR services.
