Common Check Items

Check the storage environments of the production end and the local protection of LUN is not in HyperMetro.

DR End

1. Delete the LUNs mapped to the DR host or test host at the DR end and ensure that the corresponding drive letters are not occupied by other LUNs.
2. Check the storage configurations of the DR end.
   • If the storage is T series V2R2 or later, or 18000 series, automatic host adding and storage mapping are provided. Ensure that the storage is connected properly to host initiators. In this manner, the system can automatically create hosts, host groups, LUN groups, and mapping views on the storage.
   • If T series V2 or later is deployed at the DR site, the DR host whose services you want to recover can belong only to one host group that belongs only to one mapping view.
