Description |
|---|---|
Name |
Name of a zone. |
Zone Type |
Type of a zone. |
Home Subnet |
Subnet to which a zone belongs. |
Sub-domain Name |
Sub-domain name of a zone. This function must be used together with the DNS function in the subnet. |
Network Type |
Network type of ports in a zone. Only ports of this network type can be added to the zone. |
DNS Policy |
DNS policy of a zone. Possible values are as follows:
|
DNS Service |
Whether the DNS service is enabled. |
IP Address Failover |
Whether to enable IP address failover. After this parameter is enabled, when a node is faulty, its IP address can be automatically allocated to another normal node. Therefore, clients can continue to access the storage system using this IP address. After failover, the new access node takes over services of the faulty node as extra service load, which may cause the access node to be overloaded. |
You can click the name of a zone to view its basic information, IP address pool, and port pool.
