Modifying an Initiator

This section describes how to modify parameters of an initiator.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Access > Host > Initiator.
  2. Select a desired account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. Click More on the right of a desired initiator and select Modify.

    The Modify Initiator page is displayed.

  4. (Optional) Select Enable CHAP Authentication and click Add. In CHAP Name, select the CHAP policy to be used.

    After selecting Enable CHAP Authentication and specifying CHAP Name, you must configure the same CHAP name and password on the application server.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Confirm your operation as prompted.
