Data Encryption |
Whether to enable data encryption for a namespace.
NOTE:
Data encryption is supported only after an advanced license is imported. |
Encryption Algorithm |
Encryption algorithm used after data encryption is enabled. |
Storage Pool |
Storage pool to which a namespace belongs. |
Running Status |
Running status of a namespace. The value is Normal. |
Space Quota Usage |
Ratio of the size of files written to a namespace to the space hard quota.
NOTE:
The size of written files is rounded up in the unit of 4 KB. |
File Quantity Quota Usage |
Ratio of the number of files written to a namespace to the file quantity hard quota.
NOTE:
When the protection status of the secondary resource in a remote replication pair is Access prohibited, Space Quota Usage and File Quantity Quota Usage of the corresponding namespace are displayed as -- on DeviceManager. The actual quota usage of the namespace is displayed only when the secondary resource protection status is Read/Write. |

Data protection information of a namespace. |
Snapshot Directory Visibility |
Whether the snapshot directory of a namespace is visible. |
Directory Space Display |
Display mode of the space occupied by directories or files in a namespace when the ls -l command is executed. |
Redundancy Ratio |
Redundancy ratio of a namespace.
NOTE:
Redundancy Ratio is available only for storage pools that use the EC redundancy policy. For storage pools that use the data copy redundancy policy, this parameter is displayed as --. |
Security Style |
Security style of a namespace. Possible options are:
NOTE:
In Mixed style (which supports NT ACLs), if you have configured an NT ACL for a file or directory on a Windows client and switched Mixed to UNIX, the NT ACL in Mixed style will become invalid. |
Case Sensitivity |
Whether the name of a file or directory is case sensitive.

Automatic Update of Atime |
Atime indicates the time when the namespace is accessed. After this function is enabled, the system updates the access time of a namespace based on the value of Update Frequency. |
Update Frequency |
Atime update frequency. The value can be Hourly or Daily. |
Recycle Bin |
Whether the recycle bin is enabled for a namespace. |
Recycle Bin Directory Visibility |
Whether the recycle bin directory is visible. If this parameter is set to Visible, the system displays the .recyclebininternal directory of the namespace and its dtrees. |
Recycle Bin Operation Permission |
Select a user who can operate files in the recycle bin. root: Only user root can operate files in the recycle bin. Common user: The system creates a directory for each user based on the user name and user ID. Users have the permission to operate files in their own directories. User root has the permission to operate all users' directories. |
SmartIndexing |
Whether metadata indexing is enabled for a namespace. |
Audit Log Namespace |
Whether a namespace is the namespace for storing audit log data. |
Audit Log |
Whether the audit log function is enabled for a namespace. |
DPC |
Whether DPC is enabled for a namespace. |
Standard SmartCompression |
Whether to enable standard SmartCompression for a namespace. |
Hot Pool Compression |
Whether to enable hot pool compression for a namespace. |
