Viewing Accounts

This section describes how to view information about created accounts.

Context

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Access > Account.
  2. View the account information in the function pane. Table 1 describes related parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    Account Name

    Name of an account.

    Account ID

    ID of an account.

    Account CID

    Canonical ID (CID) of an account.

    Data Encryption

    Whether data encryption is enabled for an account.

    NOTE:

    To use the data encryption function, you need to import an advanced license.

    Key Service

    • Internal key service: The built-in key management function of the system is used.
    • External key service: An external key management server is used for management.

    Created

    Local time when an account was created.

    Status

    Whether an account is activated.

  3. (Optional) Click the name of an account to view its details.

    • On the General tab page, you can view information about the account and the account's access keys as well as configure access keys. For details, see Managing Account Access Keys.
    • On the Quota tab page, you can view the account quota configuration and space/file quantity quota usage, and modify quota parameters. For details, see Modifying an Account.
    • On the DNS tab page, you can view and configure the connection between the storage system and DNS server. For details, see Configuring a DNS Server.
    • On the Domain Configuration tab page, you can view and configure domain authentication information of the account. For details, see Configuring Domain Authentication.
    • On the Protocol > HDFS Service tab page, you can set access control parameters. For details, see Configuring Access Control.
    • On the Protocol > Object Service tab page, you can configure account roles and account permission policies. For details, see Managing Account Roles and Managing Account Permission Policies.
