This operation enables you to unlock a user.
Prerequisites
- Only super administrators can unlock non-super administrators.
- Lock Status of the user to be unlocked is Locked.
Procedure
- Choose Settings > User and Security > Users and Roles > User Management.
- Select the desired user and choose More > Unlock.
The Permission Authentication dialog box is displayed.
- Enter the password of the current login user and click OK.
