When the number of files/objects to be searched increases and the disk space in the data pilot service cluster cannot meet the search requirements, you can add nodes to the data pilot service cluster to expand the disk space.
Procedure
- Choose Resources > Resources > Services > Value-Added Service.
- Click Operation in the upper right corner of the Data Pilot area and choose Expand Capacity.
The Expand Capacity page is displayed on the right.
- Deploy the data pilot service.
- In the Available Nodes area on the right, select the nodes for installing the data pilot service and they are added to the Selected Nodes area on the right.
- Click Deploy.
- You can click More on the right of a node and select Details to view the installation details.
- If the installation fails, click Uninstall Service to cancel the installation or click Retry to reinstall the service.
- Click Next.
- Expand the data pilot service cluster.
- Select the type of disks to store data pilot service data.
- In the list, select the nodes and disks to run the data pilot service.
Select the nodes and disks based on the product planning.
- Click OK.
In the Create Process area on the Enable Service page, you can click Details to view the creation progress of the data pilot service.
- Click Close.
