Configuring a QoS Policy

This section describes how to configure QoS policies for heterogeneous devices.

Procedure

  1. Choose Cluster > Cluster > Heterogeneous Device.
  2. Select one or more desired heterogeneous devices for which you want to configure a QoS policy and click Configure QoS Policy.

    The Configure QoS Policy page is displayed.

    You can also click More on the right of a desired heterogeneous device and select Configure QoS Policy to configure a policy for a single device.

  3. (Optional) Click the value of Selected Heterogeneous Devices and select other heterogeneous devices in the Available Heterogeneous Devices table. They will be automatically added to the Selected Heterogeneous Devices table on the right pane.
  4. Set a value for Max. Bandwidth (MB/s). This value takes effect for each of the selected heterogeneous devices. The value ranges from 1 MB/s to 1073741824 MB/s.
  5. Set a value for OPS Upper Limit. This value takes effect for each of the selected heterogeneous devices. The value ranges from 1 to 500000.
  6. Click OK.
