Deleting a Replication Cluster

This section describes how to delete a replication cluster if the replication services in it are no longer used.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Choose Data Protection > Configuration > Replication Cluster.
  2. Click More on the right of a desired replication cluster and select Delete.

The Delete Replication Cluster page is displayed.

  3. (Optional) Enable Delete Port IP Address. In the Available Replication Clusters area, select the replication IP addresses bound to the ports. They will be automatically added to the right pane.

After a replication cluster is deleted, the original replication IP addresses of the ports in the cluster are not deleted, but are no longer used for replication services. If you do not enable Delete Port IP Address, configuring new replication IP addresses for the ports may be affected. To delete an IP address of a port later, refer to section Storage System Management Commands in the product documentation of the corresponding version.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Confirm your operation as prompted.
