Configuring and Managing General SmartQoS Policies

General SmartQoS is a traffic control technology at the account, namespace, and client, user, and directory levels used in scale-out storage systems. It allows you to set performance upper limits for QoS control objects (accounts, namespaces, clients, users, and directories). In this way, the performance of QoS control objects does not exceed the upper limits, ensuring the performance of mission-critical services. This section describes how to configure SmartQoS policies for namespaces, clients, users, and directories. Account-level SmartQoS policies are created during account creation.
