Deleting a Local Authentication User Group

After a local authentication user group is deleted, it can no longer access shares. However, users in the user group can access the shared resources as authentication users.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Access > Authentication User > UNIX Users > Local Authentication User Group.
  2. Select a desired account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. Select one or more desired local authentication user groups and click Delete.

    You can also click More on the right of a desired local authentication user group and select Delete.

  4. Confirm your operation as prompted.
