Viewing Deletion Policies

Context

• On the deletion policy management page, you can click to refresh deletion policy information.
• On the deletion policy management page, you can click or next to a parameter and enter a keyword to search for the required deletion policy information.
• On the deletion policy management page, you can click to select the deletion policy parameters you want to view.

Procedure

1. Choose Resources > Tuning > SmartTier > Deletion Policy.
2. Select an account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
3. Select the desired file directory from the list on the left. Deletion policies created for it are displayed in the function pane on the right. Table 1 describes the related parameters.
   

   For a directory, if it is created with a deletion policy, such policy is applied preferentially. If the directory is not created with a deletion policy, it inherits the policy created for its parent directory.

   Parameter	Description
   Name	Indicates the name of a deletion policy.
   ID	Indicates the ID of a deletion policy.
   File Name Filtering	Indicates the file name filtering policy of a deletion policy.
   User or User Group	Indicates the user or user group filtering policy of a deletion policy.
   File Size	Indicates the size of files for which a deletion policy takes effect.
   Execution Mode	Indicates the execution mode of a deletion policy.
   Time Policy	Indicates the operation time filtering policy of a deletion policy.
   Prefix	Indicates the prefix filtering policy of a deletion policy.
   Tag	Indicates the tag filtering policy of a deletion policy.
   Days to Expire	Indicates the policy of filtering objects of the current version that have been created for a specific number of days.
   Expiration Date	Indicates the policy of filtering objects of the current version that expire on a specific date.
   Days to Expire Non-Current Versions	Indicates the policy of filtering objects that have become non-current versions for a specific number of days.

   

   You can click the name of a desired policy to view its general information.
