Configuring by LLD

This section describes how to quickly complete initial configuration by importing an LLD template.

Prerequisite

You have exported the LLD template using LLDesigner.

Procedure

  1. Select Deploy by LLD.
  2. Select the installation mode.

    • Pre-installation: You are advised to use this installation mode when the basic software package has been pre-installed on management nodes and storage nodes.
    • Regular installation: The basic software package is not installed on management nodes and storage nodes. You need to import the basic software package and install it on the nodes.

  3. In the LLD Template area, click , select the LLD template to be uploaded, and click Upload.
  4. In the Basic Service Package area, click , select the basic service package to be uploaded, and click Upload.

    You need to perform this operation only when Installation Mode is set to Regular installation.

  5. In the Cluster to Be Deployed area, select the cluster name set in the LLD template.
  6. Click Deploy.

Follow-up Procedure

After the initialization is complete, the page for importing license files is displayed. You need to import a license file before using the system. For details, see Importing a License File.
