Viewing Accounts

Context

• Account system is a built-in account of the system. After the storage system is upgraded to a version that supports the account function, account system is automatically created in the current storage system and it inherits the system account of the HDFS service in the original storage system.
• On the account management page, you can click refresh account information.
• On the account management page, you can click or next to a parameter and enter a keyword or select a parameter value to search for the required account information.
• On the account management page, you can click or next to a parameter to change the display order of accounts.
• On the account management page, you can click to select the account parameters you want to view.

Procedure

1. Choose Resources > Access > Account.
2. View the account information in the function pane. Table 1 describes related parameters.

   Table 1 Account parameters

   Parameter	Description
   Account Name	Indicates the name of an account.
   Account ID	Indicates the ID of an account.
   Data Encryption	Indicates whether data encryption is enabled for an account. NOTE: To use the data encryption function, you need to import an advanced license.
   Created	Indicates the local time when an account was created.

3. (Optional) Click the name of an account to view its details.
   • On the General tab page, you can view information about the account and the account's certificates, as well as configure certificates.
   • On the DNS tab page, you can view and configure the connection between the storage system and DNS server.
   • On the Domain Configuration tab page, you can view and configure domain authentication information of the account.
   • On the Protocol tab page, you can select the HDFS Service tab to configure access control parameters.
