Deleting a Local Windows Authentication User Group

After a local Windows authentication user group is deleted, the user group can no longer access a share. However, users in the user group can access the shared resources as authentication users.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Access > Authentication User > Windows Users > Local Authentication User Group.
  2. Select one or more desired local Windows authentication user groups and click Delete.

    You can also click More on the right of a desired local Windows authentication user group and select Delete.

  3. Confirm your operation as prompted.
