This operation enables you to delete an unnecessary object cluster.
Prerequisites
The default object cluster cannot be deleted.
After a non-default cluster is deleted, the object service cannot be used. You must delete the object service and reinstall it. All data will be lost. Before deleting a cluster, ensure that the cluster is no longer used and all data in the cluster can be discarded. If a non-default cluster is deleted by mistake, you can add it back to the original object cluster before deleting the object service. The cluster can still be used.
Procedure
- Choose Settings > Object Service Settings > Global Namespace.
- Click
in the upper right corner of the area where the desired object cluster resides. - Confirm your operation as prompted.
