Deleting a Dtree

This section describes how to delete an unnecessary dtree.

Prerequisites

If a snapshot exists in the namespace where the dtree to be deleted resides and the dtree is not empty, delete the namespace snapshot that protects the dtree or delete the directories and files in the dtree. If the recycle bin function is enabled for the namespace where the dtree to be deleted resides and the .recyclebininternal directory is generated, delete the .recyclebininternal directory when deleting the dtree.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Resources > Dtree.
  2. Select the desired account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. In the namespace list on the left, select the desired namespace. Then, select one or more desired dtrees in the function pane on the right and click Delete.

You can also click More on the right of a desired dtree and select Delete.

  4. Confirm your operation as prompted.
