To check whether the lifespan of a node has expired or is about to expire, you need to set lifespan information of the node. The system monitors the lifespan of the node based on the set information.
Prerequisite
You can set lifespan information only for storage nodes or management nodes.
Procedure
- Choose Cluster > Cluster > Hardware.
- In the lower part of the function pane, click Set Lifespan Information.
The Set Lifespan Information page is displayed.
- Click
on the right of Selected Nodes, select the nodes for which lifespan information needs to be set in the list of available nodes, and add the nodes to the list of selected nodes on the right. - Set Starting Point Date and Session as required.
- Click OK.
To export lifespan information about all storage nodes or management nodes, click
in the lower part of the function pane.
