This operation enables you to cancel locating a disk. After canceling locating a disk, its indicator is off.
Prerequisites
- A disk supports the location indicator function and its Location Indicator Status is Enabled.
- The location indicator function is only supported by a storage system whose RAID controller card type is SAS3008, SAS3108, SAS3408, SAS3416, SAS3508, SAS2208, or SAS3152.
Procedure
- Choose Cluster > Cluster > Hardware.
- In the lower part of the function pane, click the Disks tab.
- Select one or more desired disks and click Cancel Locating.
You can also click More on the right of a desired disk and select Cancel Locating.
