Viewing Local Windows Authentication Users

Context

• On the local Windows authentication user management page, you can click to refresh local Windows authentication user information.
• On the local Windows authentication user management page, you can click to select the local Windows authentication user parameters you want to view.
• On the local Windows authentication user management page, you can click or next to a parameter to change the display order of local Windows authentication users.

Procedure

1. Choose Resources > Access > Authentication User > Windows Users > Local Authentication User.
2. Select an account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
3. View information about local Windows authentication users of the selected account in the function pane. Table 1 describes related parameters.

   Table 1 Local authentication user parameters

   Parameter	Description
   Name	Indicates the name of a local Windows authentication user.
   RID	Indicates the RID of a local Windows authentication user.
   Status	Indicates the status of a local Windows authentication user. That is, whether the user is enabled.
   Password Validity Period	Indicates the password validity period of a local authentication user. After the password expires, the user cannot access shares.

4. (Optional) Click the name of a local authentication user to view its basic information and manage its owning user groups.
