This operation enables you to export the logs of nodes in the storage system, which can be used to analyze the running status of the storage system.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, click
and select Export Data.The Export Data page is displayed on the right.
- Select the desired time range and nodes.
- Click Export.
After the log collection status changes to Collection successful, you can download the package to view the logs.
- Only the log files that have been modified within the selected time range can be exported.
- It takes a few minutes to collect and export node information.
- If the active and standby management nodes are switched over during data export, the data cannot be exported for a long time. In this case, refresh the browser and try again.
